Delete Your Account

You can delete your Word Of God app account (Word of God Bible College) and its data at any time. The same account is used in the app and on this website, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.
Delete it yourself (immediate)
In the app: open the menu → Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
On this website: sign in → Account → Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
If you forgot your password, reset it first, or ask us using the form below.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email, password, date of birth, photo, signature, Aadhaar details and admission details.
- Your enrolments and uploaded payment screenshots.
- Exam answers and results, marksheets and certificates.
- Your group chat messages, including photos, documents and voice messages.
- Prayer requests, notes and Certificate of Baptism requests.
- Faculty application, CV, appointment letter and faculty certificate.
What is kept
- Payment receipts and donation records (amount, date, receipt number and transaction reference) are kept for up to 8 years because accounting and tax laws require it. Your name and contact details are removed from them.
- A note that an account was deleted, with its date and no personal details, so we can show that your request was carried out.
- Server security records are kept for up to 90 days and then removed.
Deletion cannot be undone. Download your marksheets, certificates and receipts first. To study again later, you will need to create a new account and enrol again.
Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it
Send this form, or email info@wordofgodbiblecollege.com from your registered email. We will confirm that the account is yours, usually by calling or messaging your registered mobile number. We then delete it within 7 working days and let you know.
