These terms apply to the Word Of God mobile app and the website of Word of God Bible College ("the college", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app or website you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app or website.

1. Who can use the service

  • You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You must give true and complete details when you sign up, apply for admission or apply as faculty.
  • One account per person. Do not create an account for, or pretend to be, someone else.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see Delete Account).

3. Courses, admission and fees

  • Course fees are paid by UPI or bank transfer, and you upload proof of payment. Admission is confirmed only after the college verifies the payment and your details, and the college may refuse an application.
  • Course access lasts for the course period shown in the app. Course details, fees and schedules may change; changes do not affect fees you have already paid.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Exams, marksheets and certificates

  • Each online exam may be attempted once. The time limit is enforced, and answers are submitted automatically when the time runs out.
  • You must take exams yourself, without help from another person and without copying. The college may cancel the result of anyone who breaks this rule.
  • Results, marksheets and certificates are issued by the college under its academic rules, and its decision on them is final. A certificate may be withdrawn if it was obtained with false information.
  • Download and keep your marksheets and certificates. They are deleted together with your account.

5. Community rules for chat and prayer requests

The group chat and prayer requests are shared with other members of the college. When you post there:

  • Be respectful. Do not post anything abusive, hateful, threatening, sexual, violent or unlawful. Do not harass or bully anyone.
  • Do not post other people's personal information or photos without their permission.
  • Do not post spam, advertising, scams, links to harmful sites or content you do not have the right to share.
  • Content that exploits or endangers children is strictly forbidden. It will be removed and reported to the authorities.

To report a message or a member, contact the college office at info@wordofgodbiblecollege.com or +91 80086 14147, or use Contact Us in the app. Include the member's name and the time of the message. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove any content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and copyright

  • Course material, lessons, books, songs, videos and other content in the app belong to the college or its licensors. They are for your personal study only. Do not copy, sell or share them outside the app without written permission.
  • You keep the rights to what you post, and you allow the college to show it to other members in the service where you posted it.
  • Bible texts are shown from their published translations. Videos are played from YouTube under YouTube's terms.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary. They are used for the ministry and work of the college. Refunds of donations follow our Refund Policy.

8. Faculty applications

Applying as faculty does not guarantee an appointment. The college decides on applications at its own discretion. Faculty must follow these terms and any rules given in their appointment letter.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, gives false information or harms other users or the service. We will tell you why when we can. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Availability and liability

  • We try to keep the app and website available and correct, but we provide them "as is". We cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors.
  • As far as the law allows, the college is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside its control. Its total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed with the college office; if they cannot be resolved, the courts in Telangana have jurisdiction.
