This policy covers course fees and donations paid to Word of God Bible College through the Word Of God app or website. All payments are made directly by UPI or bank transfer to the college's account. The app does not charge your card or wallet itself.

1. Course fees

  • Payment not verified or admission refused: if the college cannot confirm your admission, the fee you paid is refunded in full.
  • Cancelling before your admission is approved: write to us before approval to get a full refund.
  • Cancelling after approval: write to us within 7 days of approval. If you have not yet taken any exam in the course, the fee is refunded after deducting an administration charge of up to 10%. After 7 days, or once you have taken an exam, fees are not refundable.
  • Duplicate or wrong payments: if you paid twice or paid more than the fee, the extra amount is refunded in full.
  • If the college cancels a course, you get a full refund or can move to another course.

2. Donations

Donations are voluntary and normally cannot be refunded. If you donated by mistake or entered the wrong amount, write to us within 7 days with the transaction reference and we will refund it.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email info@wordofgodbiblecollege.com or call +91 80086 14147. Include your name, registered mobile number, the course or donation, the amount, the payment date and the UPI or bank transaction reference.

4. When you get the money

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent within 7–10 working days to the account or UPI ID the payment came from. The college is not responsible for delays caused by your bank.
